The personal data that the company usually receives are contact details, identification data, location data and financial information, eg: name, telephone, mail, address, customers and VAT number, the Tax Office when it comes to sole proprietorships.

The company ensures the legal and appropriate process of protection and confidentiality of Personal Data that it receives, among other things, to prevent any unauthorized access to this data, as well as the equipment used for their processing or archiving.

This site collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:

2.1 Placing Orders

 

Uses the information you provide to us during the electronic submission of your orders in order to contact you regarding (i) the delivery of your order, (ii) to confirm and identify the customer in any necessary case, (iii) to we suggest new or alternative products offered, (iv) make special offers.

Each order involves the collection of personal information, for the delivery or reservation of your order. Also, by using a credit card for the invoicing required by the authentication documents for the first and only time in all circumstances. Any documentation and document certifying and declaring the identity of the customer remains strictly confidential and is checked only by the responsible department. 2.2 Website Traffic monitoring

The site uses Google Analytics (GA) and Facebook Pixel to track the activity of its visitors / users. We use this data to determine the number of people who use our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their progress within the site.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, your device, your web browser and your operating system, none of this information is made personally known to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address, which could be used to identify you, but Google does not give us access to it. Google is a third party data processor.

GA uses cookies, details of which can be found in the Google Developer Guides. Disabling cookies in your browser will prevent GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

We use the information stored by the Cookies only for the purposes of identification, data collection in Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, display of personalized ads or repetitive Ad Marketing, on the platforms and partners of Google & Facebook.

2.3 Contact forms and email links

If you choose to contact us using the contact form or email link, none of the data you provide will be stored on this site or transferred or processed by any third party data processing provider. Instead, this data will be emailed to us via the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by a security protocol, which means that e-mail content is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Email content is decrypted from our local computers and devices.

2.4 Electronic newsletter

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, the email address you submit to us will be forwarded to the Mailchimp platform, which provides us with marketing services for our email. Mailchimp is a third party data processing provider. The email address you submit will not be stored in the in-site database or in any of our computer systems.

Your email address will remain in the Mailchimp Database as long as we continue to use the Mailchimp Services or until you explicitly request its removal from the list. You can do this using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all the newsletters we send you. As long as your email address remains in the Mailchimp database, you will receive periodic email updates from us.
